Terms and Conditions of Use

Below are the sales conditions of DRG Gioielli:

1. Accepted Payments

Bank transfer: the necessary bank details to make the transfer will be sent via email upon completion of the order. The transfer usually takes an average of 3 working days to be credited.

PayPal - Credit Card: payments made with a credit card are safer and faster: DRG Gioielli uses PayPal, the payment method recommended by eBay, with no cost to the buyer and immediate payment.

2. Shipping

DRG Gioielli will ship the purchased item(s) as soon as the payment is received. We offer combined shipping for multiple items without increasing the shipping costs (unless the shipment is non-standard).

Shipping methods:

Express courier: all our shipments normally take 1-2 working days throughout Italy.

The cost of the courier throughout Italy is €5.90.

Upon request, we provide the tracking number of the package for tracking at any time.

3. Delivery

The delivery of the purchased item(s) will be made to the address provided by the buyer during registration. Please remember to provide all necessary delivery instructions and preferably a phone number.

4. Warranty

Generally, the products sold by DRG Gioielli are covered by a 1-year warranty, unless otherwise specified. The return costs to benefit from the warranty are the responsibility of the buyer, except for cases of non-functional items from the origin, which will be exchanged at the expense of DRG Gioielli (within 10 days of purchase).

5. Right of Withdrawal

General Information

The Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206 of 2005) provides that the entity professionally engaged in sales must provide all necessary information to potential consumer buyers to allow them to make their purchases with maximum peace of mind.

The recipient of this page is the consumer, therefore the individual acting for purposes unrelated to any business, commercial, artisanal, or professional activity that may be carried out. By entering a VAT number in the order, the purchase is referred to the professional or commercial activity carried out, and the customer is classified as a "professional". Therefore, a consumer is someone who makes a purchase without entering their VAT number on the order.

The consumer has a period of fourteen days to exercise the right of withdrawal from a distance contract (online) or from a contract negotiated outside of commercial premises. No justification is required for the withdrawal, and no costs are incurred except for additional delivery costs of the product (as provided for in article 56, paragraph 2, if the consumer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the least expensive one offered by the seller), and those for the return of the product to us, as provided for in article 57, consisting of the direct cost of returning the goods to the seller, which must be done with insured shipping.

In the event of withdrawal, the cost of shipping for the return of the product, to be done with insured shipping, will be the responsibility of the consumer exercising the right of withdrawal. The 14-day period for exercising the right of withdrawal from distance sales contracts entered into between consumer customers and DRG Gioielli starts from the moment the goods are delivered to the recipient.

Before the 14-day deadline to exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer informs the seller of their decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. For us, any explicit statement of the decision to withdraw from the contract is sufficient, which must reach us by any means and preferably via email at the address: info@drggioielli.it.

Items that are personalized (e.g., with engravings) are excluded from the right of return (right of withdrawal) even within the 14 days, as provided for in article 59 letter C.

As a result of the withdrawal, DRG Gioielli will refund, without delay and in any case within 14 days from the return of the product, after verifying its integrity, the payments received from the consumer using the same methods used for the payment.

Any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods will be quantified by a technician from DRG Gioielli and deducted from the total refund.

Procedure to exercise the right of withdrawal with DRG Gioielli:

- Notify via email at the address info@drggioielli.it, or by registered mail to the following address: DRG GIOIELLI, via De Cesare 20, 80023 Caivano (NA) of the intention to withdraw from the purchase.

- Return the products perfectly packaged and accompanied by the completed return form in every part. Include the return form in the shipment, requesting it from info@drggioielli.it

- Upon receipt of the return and subject to any restoration costs for damages found to the original packaging and/or internal packaging (cellophane, boxes, etc.), DRG Gioielli will refund the customer the full amount of the returned goods, including the outbound shipping costs, within 14 days from the return of the goods, using the same payment method of the customer, through a refund procedure of the charged amount to the Credit Card or by Bank Transfer. The costs incurred for the return of the product are borne by the buyer.

Additional Information

- It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal only on part of the purchased product;

- To recognize the right of withdrawal in distance contracts (online) concluded with consumer customers, as provided for by Legislative Decree 206/2005, DRG Gioielli requires that the goods be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.). To prevent damage to the original packaging, it is recommended, when possible, to place it in a second box, which must protect both the product and its original packaging. It is recommended to avoid placing labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original product packaging;

- The goods subject to the exercise of the right of withdrawal must bear the same product code as in the sales order. If the goods have a different code, the return will not be accepted, and the product will remain at our warehouses at the customer's disposal, and the withdrawal request will be rejected;

- The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouses, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;

- In case of damage to the goods during transport, DRG Gioielli will notify the Customer of the incident (within 5 working days from the receipt of the goods in our warehouses), to allow the Customer to promptly report the incident to the chosen courier and obtain a refund of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the Customer for return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request;

- DRG Gioielli is not responsible in any way for damages or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments;

- In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, DRG Gioielli will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the sender for the shipping costs.
